Worst hotel of my life! Health and Safety issues, Terrible Breakfast, Smelly and Ugly Rooms, No Pool!!

This was by far the worst hotel ever. Unfortunately, on the first day of the trip, me and my family got stuck in a lift which caused me to have a panic attack and feel like I was going to die. We rang the alarm and no one rescued us. We were there for ages until we a cleaner came. We then got stuck again! No one responded to the alarm! A non staff member got us out. It was truly horrific! We didn't even get an apology. The rooms and bathrooms were so smelly. They stank and made us feel sick. I actually left the hotel as the smell was unbearable. The rooms were ugly, painted a mud colour and this was no 4* star hotel. The breakfast was terrible. False advertising! The hotel advertises a pool. There has been no pool since Covid! How can they pretend to have a pool (on which basis I booked the hotel). There was no pool. Just an overpriced spa. The hotel was overpriced in comparison to hotels on the same street/area. We actually ended up booking another hotel on the same road for a fraction of the price. The room was stunning, smelt great, the breakfast was good and only for £1 and the lift was not dangerous!

The service Is horrible, the room is not clean, I requested in the reservation a room in the upper floor, they gave us a room in the first floor with separate beds, The location is great but so noisy outside, not recommended at all it was my fisrt and last time in this horrible hottel

Only the location is great, but the room it’s not good and no services .. no iron !! The TV so old and bad .. the bed is so small, everything in the room so cheap الموقع بس اللي حلو، لكن مافيش خدمه و الاسانسير بطيء جدا و تفضل واقف مستني كتير ، السرير صغير و المخدات مش مريحه، تليفزيون قديم و صغير جدا، الغرفه كل محتوياتها فقيره جدا

I have been in this hotel during for 5 nights. Excellent location , The hotel so near to Taksim square just few minutes from Hafiz Mustafa, also the istiklal street. and all transportations , rooms are excellent, clean with all facilities you will need such as the toilet , save box, water boiler, tea and coffee, lcd screen, air conditioning, The only problem we had with the room was that we couldn't regulate the temperature of the room and it was too cold for us so quiet, breakfast was good has variety, staff was so kindly, smiley and helpful.hospitality,specialy the male staff member who works in reception at night was good and kind, when we arrived to hotel He said you don't booked hotel, because we didn't have your name, but he said because of you have the voucher so the problem related to your travel agancy, they must sent your voucher for us but thay didn't do. Although our reservetion had problem,but he called to his Manager and seid our problem then he gave us the room before solve the problem, he said you must called to travel agency and they have to send an email for us, they are very hospitality and kind,and he said to us, The name of our travel agency was Aligasht(عالی گشت) was so bad and they didn't do service. Overall I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for good budget style accommodation in a great location

The location of this hotel is great just like lots of other and of course better hotels near Taksim sq. the staff barely knows English wich makes it difficult to communicate with and get what you need. Breakfast was so simple and almost the same for 3 days of my stay. the rooms were clean but the bath and warm water was impossible to adjust.
